Job description

Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant

Location: Hatfield (Mainly remote)

Rate: GBP600 p/d Inside IR35

Inside IR35 Project Duration - 3 months initially

Industry: Consulting

Important: Must be SC eligible, or hold current SC clearance

Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will design & build high quality ServiceNow solutions, while providing advice and guidance on all matters relating to ServiceNow implementation and technical best practice.

Required skills and experience

  • Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements.
  • Robust Now Platform Implementation understanding, with in-depth knowledge in additional ServiceNow applications
  • Able to communicate on complex issues, to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.
  • Ensuring adherence to our coding and design standards, and providing technical hand-over documentation
  • Increasing application operating efficiency and adapting to new requirements, as necessary.
  • Attend and present at customer meetings to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to assist with knowledge transfer.
  • Recording, qualification and questioning of customer requirements, even in complex projects and in the case of unclear customer requirements.
