Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative ServiceNow solutions.
• Accurately predict the time required to complete development tasks, adhere closely to development plans, and anticipate changes during the development cycle.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of projects, including operational activities.
• Identify and document business challenges and opportunities, and suggest solutions.
• Work in a client-facing environment, conveying complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues related to ITSM modules and functionality.
• Create and maintain system documentation.
• Research and apply new technologies and products to improve service delivery.

Skills Required

• Experience designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST API, import sets, etc., to enrich CMDB.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development using APIs, flows, UI Pages, Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules.
• Experience with Workspaces / UI Builder is a plus.
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, RegEx, SQL, etc.
• Ability to configure ServiceNow applications aligned with approved design plans.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• A proven track record of enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
