Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team in the United Kingdom. You will provide timely, cost-effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a commercial customer base, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and food processing facilities.

Based near East Anglia, you will support round-the-clock service levels, leverage advanced certifications, and upsell additional pest management solutions to protect customer facilities and brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience as a Pest Elimination Service Specialist.
• Willingness to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides customers with written evidence of service and advice for maintaining pest-free conditions.
• Delivers timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions for an established route.
• Delivers pest solutions to commercial customers including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and other facilities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key customer contacts.
• Upsells additional pest prevention and elimination solutions.

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its industry leading Pest Elimination team. In this position, you will provide timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You’ll provide brand protection to your around-the-clock customers including commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants. What You Will Do

• Provides customers with written evidence of service delivered and advice for maintaining pest free conditions.
• Provides timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route at an expert level.
• Delivers pest solutions to customers that include commercial businesses, retail stores, food and beverage processing plants, restaurants, hotels and so on.
• Delivers a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed customer expectations and specifications.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Identifies customer needs and sells additional solutions to enhance pest prevention and elimination.
• Maintains organization and timeliness of a route. Leverages knowledge gained through advanced certifications or licensures as appropriate.
• Up sells Ecolab’s products and services and/or refer sales inquiries for leads to Account Executives.
• Mixes and applies pesticides in accordance with label recommendations and complies with relevant legislation.
• Accurately submits reports and other related paperwork as required at specified time intervals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience working as a Pest Elimination Service Specialist
• Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces damp and/or dusty locations, cold and warm conditions.
• Must possess a valid driving license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
