Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a commercial customer base, including restaurants, hotels and food processing facilities.

Your role includes delivering on-site inspections, maintaining client relationships and upselling additional pest-control solutions. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of three years in pest elimination

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience as Pest Elimination Service Specialist.
• Willingness to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends as necessary.
• Must possess a valid driving license with acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Provides customers with written evidence of service delivered and advice for maintaining pest free conditions.
• Provides timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route at an expert level.
• Delivers pest solutions to customers including restaurants, hotels, hospitals and retail sites.
• Delivers a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed customer expectations and specifications.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Identifies customer needs and sells additional solutions to enhance pest prevention and elimination.
• Maintains organization and timeliness of a route and uses advanced certifications as appropriate.
• Upsells Ecolab products and refers sales inquiries to Account Executives.
• Mixes and applies pesticides per label and complies with applicable legislation.
• Accurately submits reports and related paperwork as required.

In this position, you will provide timely and cost effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You’ll provide brand protection to your around-the-clock customers including commercial businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants. What You Will Do

• Mixes and applies pesticides in accordance with label recommendations and complies with relevant legislation.
• Accurately submits reports and other related paperwork as required at specified time intervals.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience working as a Pest Elimination Service Specialist
• Willingness to be on-call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
• Must be able to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions to include confined spaces damp and/or dusty locations, cold and warm conditions.
• Must possess a valid driving license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
