Location Overview:

Located in Chester, a city known for its culture, history, and beauty, our Chester office provides a global career platform within a scenic setting near North Wales and the River Dee.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior Service Specialist with experience in Commercial Cards to join our Client Level Servicing team due to an expanding client portfolio. Our team is diverse, committed to delivering high-quality client service, and managing client queries and escalations effectively.

This is a full-time role with shifts from 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00, including bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients' card accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Help Desk, and Fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients and sales partners
  • Act as a client advocate with a passion for service
  • Coordinate internal activities to deliver timely and accurate service
  • Handle multiple complex requests simultaneously
  • Work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Resolve conflicts professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Use industry and product knowledge to strengthen client relationships and mitigate risks

Qualifications:

  • Previous client servicing experience is essential
  • Broad understanding of card management products
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
  • Strong educational background
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking
  • Proven client-facing skills, preferably in similar roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
