A leading healthcare provider in London seeks a Senior Service & Partnership Development Manager to oversee the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) programmes. Responsibilities include managing partnerships with healthcare providers, line managing a team, and ensuring projects meet strategic visions and quality standards. The successful candidate should have experience in health service partnerships and expertise in IUC services.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) vision, as stated in the 2023-2028 LAS NHS Trust Strategy, is: "To deliver outstanding emergency and urgent care whenever and wherever needed for everyone in London, 24/7, 365 days a year." This means providing a high quality and differentiated clinical service which exceeds patients' expectations, acting as a single point of access and initial clinical assessment across London (integrating entry via 999 and 111) and working with partners to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to urgent and emergency care. The post-holder is essential to the delivery of the Trust's strategy, working collaboratively across LAS Directorates and local provider, commissioner and regulatory landscape to implement projects that shape the future development Integrated Urgent Care services within the Trust. To support the ongoing integration of 111/ 999 within LAS infrastructure and to build an integrated wider system, the Senior Service & Partnership Development Manager is required to support the Leadership Team in the delivery of key Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) programmes and projects, ensuring delivery in a consistent and qualitative way across the Directorate. The post-holder will work as part of the Service & Partnership Development Team within the Integrated Urgent Care Directorate.
