Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Woolpit, Bury St Edmunds; Suffolk / Essex area (willing to travel)

The Role – Senior Site Service Engineer/Window Fitter

We are seeking a Senior Site Service Engineer for our window department. The successful candidate should reside within Suffolk/Essex, be willing to travel across the area, and have experience fitting windows and doors into new build plots. Essential requirements include a valid CSCS Card and a full driving license. Basic hours are 37 per week, with an attractive remuneration package, van, and phone provided.

Responsibilities – Site Service Engineer

• Perform remedial/repair works on windows/doors on live construction sites safely and efficiently
• Handle initial visits to diagnose and fix issues
• Coordinate with the office for work confirmation and documentation
• Process client documents for invoicing
• Order parts and liaise with the office as needed
• Complete accurate reports for each visit
• Carry out additional duties as required, especially during quieter periods
• Maintain a valid full UK driving license; inform us of any points pending
