Littlefish is looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer (MacOS) to join our growing Service Desk team on our exciting journey!
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, as a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you will provide effective technical support to Littlefish contract customers, specifically around MacOS and Windows. Your responsibilities include resolving desktop, laptop, printer, and application issues, as well as performing network/server troubleshooting and administration. The Senior Service Desk Engineer will communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar MacOS, G-Suite, and Windows technical role.
