We’re making the UK greener and more energy efficient, approaching Net Zero, using tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers to help customers reduce their carbon footprint.
Senior Service Designer
Full time/Part time
Location: Leicester or Windsor (hybrid)
About your role:
Shape exceptional customer experiences as a key member of our design team. You will be responsible for end-to-end service design, improving customer journeys, and enhancing how we present ourselves. Your work will transform customer interactions, making touchpoints impactful and seamless.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric service experiences. Conduct user research to uncover needs, challenges, and behaviors, ensuring a deep understanding of their journey.
Orchestrate people, process, content, technology, and environments, understanding operational boundaries, and integrating them into solutions. Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas to articulate service concepts. Prototype and validate solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Lead workshops and co-creation sessions to foster collaboration, generate ideas, and shape strategies. Use data insights to guide decisions and evaluate impact. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate best practices organization-wide.
