Qualifications

• Extensive experience in service design within professional services or regulated environments.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive transformation.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI roadmaps and GenAI initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, prototyping and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, research and service design across major strategic initiatives spanning digital, data, technology, AI and business transformation.
• Design, implement and recommend technology-enabled tools and services that solve user and business problems.
• Review end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex challenges into clear service concepts and actionable solutions.
• Lead workshops with clients and senior stakeholders to uncover needs and create solutions.
• Contribute to design system development and backlog management.
• Influence strategy and investment decisions through evidence and prototyping.
• Highlight user-centred design throughout implementation.
