Overview

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited (NIE Networks) is a member of the ESB Group of companies. We own the electricity transmission and distribution network in Northern Ireland and are responsible for the planning, development, construction and maintenance of the network. We are also the provider of electricity market registration and data services in Northern Ireland (NI).

A vacancy has arisen within the IT team for a Senior Service Delivery Manager. This is a critical role, ensuring that the outsourced IT and Telecoms services and framework contracts continue to deliver business benefits to NIE. Reporting to the Technology and Systems Manager, the Senior Service Delivery Manager acts as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the outsourced service providers, ensuring that services are delivered in a reliable and cost-effective manner. This role has responsibility for all contractual and commercial aspects of the contract, including ongoing delivery, development, change and procurement of future service provision when the existing agreements end.
