Job description


The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to recruit a fixed termSenior Service Delivery Analyst to contribute to the successful delivery of the project to modernise the Universities telephony infrastructure.

You will join the Digital Services Operations team, who support and enable the running of the digital environment at the University. You will work directly with the rest of the Digital Telephony project team over the coming 24 months, to plan and implement our ambitious vision for the future. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to make a real difference to students and staff in the delivery of the project.

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in an IT environment (Required)
  • Previous experience in a technical capacity with digital telephony systems (Desired)
  • Previous experience working in an Education environment (Desired)
  • Previous experience with Cisco Call Manager, UCCX Call Centre, Unity Voicemail or EngHouse ARC Switchboard would be desirable.
