An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Newburn.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.

They have the combined experience of over 80 years in the automotive industry and their mission is to carry out MOTs, motor vehicle & LCV servicing and repairs to approved standards as well as delivering unbeatable customer service every time.

They are a family friendly garage, and you will not be just a number.

About the Role:

They are seeking someone who is confident in their work and displays a professional manner when liaising with other members of the team, suppliers and customers.

Outline of Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Booking in jobs
  • Organise ordering of parts for vehicle repairs at a competitive price
  • Pricing any additional work required, contacting customer for authorisation and passing back through to workshop
  • Quoting and invoicing customers
  • Dealing with aftercare enquiries
  • Organising job cards
  • Basic workshop administration
  • Monitor technician efficiencies
  • Checking customers vehicles onto site and checking out loan vehicles.
  • Monitoring progress through the workshop.
  • Liaising with the customer throughout.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintain and develop relationships.
  • Handling money and organising banking when required
  • Key holder

Experience required:
  • This role would suit somebody who has experience of working in the Automotive Industry and has a good understanding of the repair process.
  • Must have previous experience working as a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Weekend, every other Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
