Senior Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE: Up to £33,000
Location: Hull
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30-12:30

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hard working Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a Car Dealership?

Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor:

Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.

Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor:

Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor - 2/3 years experience.
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System.
Previous experience Upselling.
Full manual UK Driving Licence.
