Job summary

Neon Global is seeking a data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic search strategy from Croydon. You will own end-to-end SEO execution, including technical audits, content optimization, link building, and authority growth to boost visibility and revenue.

Collaborate with performance marketing, developers, and content teams to turn analytics into growth roadmaps. Experience 4+ years in SEO in e-commerce/B2B is preferred; hybrid work model with in-office days at CR0.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on organic search/SEO experience.
• Mastery of industry-standard SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC).
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS impact on SEO and schema markup.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO audits and coordinating with web engineers for fixes.
• Lead keyword research and content strategy to fill gaps.
• Optimize on-page and off-page elements including internal links and canonical signals.
• Track organic performance with GA4, GSC, and SEO tools; report ROI.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt growth strategies.
• Collaborate with UX, copywriters, and paid media for integrated campaigns.
