Job summary

Booking.com seeks a Senior SEO Strategist to own the SEO growth strategy and performance for one or more Booking.com verticals, aligning with product, engineering and UX teams. This strategy-led role shapes a roadmap and business cases, navigating AI-driven search changes and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Editorial and Localisation to execute roadmaps, translating insights into actionable plans and communicating impact to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience with strong technical foundation.
• Experience on large-scale websites or recognisable brands.
• Ability to source and analyse data and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineers and other technical partners to turn opportunities into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SEO strategy, roadmap and performance narrative for one or more Booking.com verticals.
• Use data, research and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities and recommend clear actions.
• Build business cases and prioritise SEO, content, technical and product initiatives by impact, effort and risk.
• Influence Product, Engineering, UX, SEO Operations, Editorial and Localisation partners to deliver outcomes through their roadmaps.
• Act as the primary SEO contact for the owned vertical and communicate performance and priorities to stakeholders.
• Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations, product requests and measurable plans.
