Job summary

ASOS is seeking an SEO Lead to own the vision, strategy, and execution of organic search performance across ASOS. You will lead a multi-disciplinary function spanning technical SEO and content optimization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, Editorial, and Commercial teams.

You’ll shape end-to-end SEO strategy, set clear priorities and success metrics, and elevate the team’s maturity across the business.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading SEO strategy for large, high-traffic websites.
Strong technical SEO expertise: crawlability, indexation, site architecture.
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in agile environments.
Experience managing teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SEO strategy, technical SEO, content, and LLM readiness across platforms.
Define priorities, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to commercial goals.
Lead a split team of technical and content SEO with clear ownership and progression.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Editorial to embed SEO in product discovery and delivery.
Shape scalable content and copy strategies across surfaces, including AI-assisted workflows.
