For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings, and team wide projects.

What you'll do:

1. Develop excellent relationships with the clients, through developing an in-depth understanding of their businesses, challenges they face, and spotting future opportunities
2. Support on the planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns towards the KPIs set for the SEO services, and ensure the service is delivered against these goals and contractual requirements
3. Produce detailed and analytical tech and editorial SEO audit
4. Perform SEO focused analysis on industry, competitors, keywords and search trends to inform and influence SEO strategy and optimisation proposals
5. Analyse business requirements and match them with data to propose the best performing SEO project’s solutions
6. Optimise texts, semantical tags and metadata to better match users’ queries and increase website’s ranking
7. Monitor site health and identify technical issues
8. Assist outreach opportunities, perform backlink analysis and identify a strategic approach to building strong profiles for clients in obtaining new high-quality links
9. Identify and apply local SEO strategies, including managing GMB accounts, analysing the performance, and producing content.
10. Introduce continuous innovation to our SEO services, by onboarding new methodologies, tech partners and best practices
11. Support and attend client meetings, QBRs and annual reviews
12. Work with wider Media, Social Media and Web Development teams to integrate SEO campaigns with client’s overall content marketing and search strategies

What you'll need:

3+ years of previous track record in SEO, covering:

• Technical SEO management for e-commerce and/or multi-country websites
• Search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Local SEO strategies
• Developing content and link building strategies
• Reporting on SEO performance, potentially via using data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau or Datorama etc.)
• Client management
• Working knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• A passion for Digital Marketing, innovative digital solutions, and uncovering trends in data with analysis
• Confident and articulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams
• Has a great attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic industry
• Has a positive attitude, is self-confident, and welcomes new challenges
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming platforms would be considered a plus
• Many of the accounts are Global or Pan-European and as such a second or even a third language would be highly favourable (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Scandinavian languages, etc.)
