For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings and team-wide projects.

What you'll do:

1. Develop excellent relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, challenges, and future opportunities.
2. Support the planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns to meet KPIs and contractual requirements.
3. Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
4. Perform SEO analysis on industry trends, competitors, keywords, and search patterns to inform strategies.
5. Analyze business requirements and data to propose optimal SEO solutions.
6. Optimize texts, tags, and metadata to improve search rankings and match user queries.
7. Monitor site health and resolve technical issues.
8. Assist with outreach, backlink analysis, and building high-quality links.
9. Implement local SEO strategies, manage GMB accounts, analyze performance, and produce content.
10. Introduce continuous innovation by adopting new methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
11. Support and attend client meetings, QBRs, and annual reviews.
12. Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Web Development teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing strategies.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of SEO experience, including:
• Technical SEO management for e-commerce and multi-country websites.
• Proficiency with search tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies and content development.
• Experience with link building and reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
• Client management skills.
• Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends.
• A passion for digital marketing and data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills for clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to take on challenges.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web programming is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in European or global languages, are highly desirable.
