Job summary

Horizontal Digital seeks a Search & Discoverability Lead to shape visibility across search and AI-driven platforms for healthcare, finance, property, travel, and beyond. You’ll own the full technical SEO lifecycle from audit to prioritised roadmaps, with strong emphasis on Sitecore environments.

You’ll work with Content, UX, Data and Technology teams to deliver scalable discovery strategies, mentoring colleagues and leading client discussions on SEO, AEO and GEO evolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO experience with strong technical focus.
• Experience with site migrations and redirect mapping.
• Experience delivering SEO in Sitecore XP/XM Cloud or Sitecore AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO audits across crawlability, indexation, rendering and architecture.
• Define strategies aligned to SEO, AEO and GEO with actionable roadmaps.
• Own SEO during migrations/replatforming and validate redirects.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Search Console, and visibility tools; drive optimisation cycles.
• Collaborate with Content & UX teams on keyword research and SERP analysis.
• Advise on Sitecore AI and rendering considerations for SEO.
