Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, organic search, digital strategy, performance marketing or integrated media with leadership of complex, high-profile client accounts across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial acumen; connect SEO/GEO activity to business objectives across Honda and WPP stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SEO, Generative Search Optimisation (GSO/GEO) and AI-driven discovery including AI in search.
• Experience defining and governing measurement frameworks across EMEA, including LLM visibility and cross-market reporting beyond traditional KPIs.
• Ability to translate traditional SEO strategies into AI-first search environments for discoverability and authority.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regional workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify growth opportunities and shape into commercially compelling recommendations for Honda and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively anticipate challenges in a changing search and mobility landscape.
