Staffordshire County Council seeks a SEND Key Worker to enhance professional practice in a rewarding role. The position entails implementing quality assurance for SEND plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing leadership and guidance to a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for improving lives and will focus on performance and quality in SEND practices.
