Job summary

Wetherby High School is seeking an experienced SENCo to develop and lead our SEND strategy and provision, working as a Senior Manager across the school and as part of the Extended Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a track record of leading SEND provision, building resilient teams, managing resources effectively and inspiring colleagues to meet the needs
