Fire & Security Careers is recruiting a Technical Surveyor / Presales Estimator for a leading Integrated Security Systems Installer in London. The role focuses on surveying sites, designing integrated security solutions and pricing projects to protect profitability.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise security systems, CCTV and access control, and the ability to convert site findings into accurate quotations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting detailed site surveys and producing accurate quotations.
• Strong knowledge of integrated security systems and enterprise CCTV.
• Ability to price complex security projects and design integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys and customer meetings to price, design and estimate equipment, systems and labour.
• Assess project requirements and identify installation, cabling and containment needs.
• Design and cost integrated security solutions and prepare technical proposals.
• Ensure all costs are captured and quotations are accurate.
• Coordinate with customers, operations and project delivery teams.
