• Varied daily tasks — from servicing Mrs. Smith’s two-zone alarm system to securing high-end residential estates with integrated ANPR, auto-tracking, police-monitored systems, and beam detection.

• Overtime at x1.5 outside standard hours
• Up to £50k OTE
• No weekend work required, but available if desired
• Minimal on-call duties with overtime and standby pay

• Travel paid after the first and last 30 minutes

• Coverage primarily in Kent (~80%)

Monthly team R&R day with breakfast, vehicle checks, paperwork, team catch-up, and supplier visits.

We seek an experienced security professional eager to learn, grow, and potentially progress into a managerial role leading our security division, based in and around Folkestone, Kent.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 5 years in the security industry (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, intercoms)
• Experience with automatic gates, data, WiFi is a bonus
• Relevant qualifications such as IPAF, SSSTS, ECS are advantageous
• Driving license, commitment, strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, flexibility, motivation, and quick thinking
