We offer competitive pay based on experience, overtime at x1.5 outside standard hours, up to £50k OTE, no weekend work unless desired, minimal on-call duties with overtime and standby pay, a company vehicle, travel paid after the first 30 minutes, paid lunch breaks, and 28 days holiday including bank holidays with loyalty bonuses for additional days.

We provide a fully equipped Transit Custom van, company phone, laptop, tools, uniform, and all necessary equipment to perform your duties to a high standard.

We seek an experienced security professional eager to develop their career and potentially move into management, based in or around Folkestone, Kent.

The ideal candidate will have a driving license, strong communication skills, be flexible, self-motivated, intuitive, and quick-thinking. At least 5 years of experience in the security industry with expertise in intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercoms is required. Experience with automatic gates, Data, and WiFi is a plus. Relevant qualifications such as IPAF, SSSTS, and ECS are advantageous.
