Purpose Statement: The Security Specialist will support site leadership and the Security Team by achieving security goals using our security systems. The role requires mastery of Plexus Security systems and the ability to train general system users.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in executing the corporate security philosophy through detailed understanding and use of Site Security Systems.
2. Protect site assets and personnel via programming of CCTV, Access Control, and Visitor Management Systems. Assist in security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with Plexus standards.
3. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, demonstrating a relationship-building approach. The Senior Security Specialist will model effective communication.
4. Collaborate with the Corporate Security Manager and Facilities team to ensure security equipment meets Plexus standards. The Senior Security Specialist will lead system upgrades and transitions, developing a strategic outlook on security systems.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
