We’re looking for aSenior Security Specialistto define and deliver our strategic approach to physical and personnel security. You’ll ensure we meet all regulatory and statutory obligations, manage emerging threats, and drive a culture of security excellence across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We’re seeking a seasoned security professional with a deep understanding of physical and personnel security, including physical and electronic mitigation measures. You’ll need to be confident in navigating complex threats, technologies, and regulatory landscapes, with a proven ability to influence and embed cultural change across a large organisation.
You should have experience in strategic planning, project delivery, and conducting investigations, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as is the ability to simplify complex data and present it clearly.
