Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to strengthen its cyber defence function. You will work within Information Security to enhance operations, respond to incidents and safeguard member data, services and systems.

In this hybrid, full-time role, you will lead security tooling reviews, participate in vulnerability management and collaborate with IT and architecture teams to implement robust controls while maintaining continuous improvement and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise security technologies and control environments.
• Experience with incident response processes and threat detection.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and risk-based security practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core Security Operations tools and platforms to stay effective and aligned with business needs.
• Serve as the technical SME for security technologies and drive enhancements to capabilities.
• Monitor alerts, events and incidents; lead investigations and coordinate responses.
