Job summary

MASS is an independent, global technology company delivering secure defence technologies. As our Company Security Controller, you will be MASS's senior security authority, shaping security strategy to enable growth and protect critical capability.

Based at our St Neots or Lincoln sites, you will work with MOD, UKSV and customers, travel to sites as required, and lead governance across personnel, physical, information and protective security.

Qualifications

• Experience in Government, Defence or National Security environments.
• Strong knowledge of Government security policy and assurance.
• Experience leading or managing personnel, physical and/or information security.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, regulators and customers.
• Professional security qualifications (ISMP, CPP or CSMP).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST or similar frameworks.
• Experience supporting secure facilities, accreditation or classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead MASS's security governance across personnel, physical, information and protective security.
• Advise and support bids, projects and solution teams with security input from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with UKSV, MOD, DISAC, customers and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee facility security, personnel vetting and classified asset management.
• Develop security policies, governance and security awareness across the organisation.
• Lead investigations, audits, assurance activities and continual improvement.
