Job summary

Coba IT Consultants is recruiting a Principal Security Architect & Engineering Lead to shape enterprise security for a major digital transformation. You will define security architecture, set standards across cloud, on‑prem and third‑party environments, and provide governance for large initiatives.

You’ll drive secure-by-design practices, lead technical risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Enterprise Security Architecture experience across cloud, on-premise and third-party environments.
• Security governance, assurance and risk management capabilities.
• DevSecOps leadership and secure software delivery expertise.
• Ability to drive secure design principles across transformation programmes.
• Experience shaping security architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven stakeholder management at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture strategies.
• Establish security principles, standards, frameworks and controls across cloud, on-premise and third-party environments.
• Provide governance and security oversight for major transformation initiatives.
• Ensure security requirements are built into solutions from the earliest design stages.
• Champion secure-by-design methodologies across development and delivery teams.
• Drive the adoption of modern DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security risk assessments and design assurance activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering and architecture teams to implement security capabilities.
• Support secure integration of cloud platforms, SaaS and third-party services.
• Contribute to incident response and resilience strategies through security architecture.
