Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Technical Security Consultant to drive security architecture and engineering across client projects in the UK. You will lead secure design reviews, advise on cloud, network and application security, and mentor teams while collaborating with delivery stakeholders to mitigate risk.

The role offers flexibility with UK office locations and client travel, and requires active security clearance readiness in line with BPSS/SC requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in security architecture, engineering and cloud security.
• Strong understanding of modern cyber threats and defensive controls.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into business-focused recommendations.
• Experience with threat modelling and security testing activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a senior Security Architect and technical authority across a portfolio of projects and services.
• Lead security architecture reviews and provide expert guidance on secure design principles.
• Assess and advise on cloud, network, infrastructure and application security controls.
• Review complex technical solutions for alignment with security and business requirements.
• Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide oversight and recommendations for security testing and penetration testing activities.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation prioritisation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, testers and assurance teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Coaching and mentoring security practitioners to improve outputs.
