Job summary

Monzo is seeking a proactive Senior Security Analyst to join its Security team. You’ll work across supplier security, audits and regulatory reviews to strengthen how Monzo manages risk while enabling product development.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, procurement and risk teams to translate security requirements into practical actions, using data and automation to scale processes.

Qualifications

• You understand security risk and can assess third-party security or supplier security assurance.
• You can evaluate security evidence like questionnaires, policies and audit reports.
• You have strong security fundamentals and technical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver third-party security and supplier security assurance across Monzo.
• Lead control testing, PCI DSS assessments, regulatory reviews and audits.
• Strengthen governance with practical, proportionate policies and controls.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and external partners to manage risk.
