Qualifications

• Experience in servicing security systems (Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems).
• Technical knowledge of security systems is essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete work reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned annual maintenance and reactive responses.
• Manage tasks to prioritize jobs correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service to establish effective relationships.

Skills

Experience within the Electronic Security industry

Experience with IP-based networks and security systems

Full UK driving license

Ability to lift and climb ladders

Experience working in a customer-facing environment
