The Role

• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Remove impediments to team progress and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
• Promote an Agile mindset and help build a culture of empowerment and accountability.
• Use Jira to manage backlogs, sprints, and track delivery metrics.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
