Zensar seeks an experienced Scrum Master with 8-10 years of IT experience to lead Agile delivery across enterprise programs in the United Kingdom. You will facilitate Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement with Product Owners and Delivery Managers.
You will coach teams, manage dependencies, metrics, and governance, and partner with Architects, Stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of business and technology initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years IT experience with Scrum Master leadership.
- Hands-on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban experience.
- Experience leading Agile transformation at scale.
- Strong SDLC and product delivery knowledge.
- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership.
- Coaching and servant leadership capabilities.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Balancing business priorities with delivery objectives.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments.
