Northrop Grumman UK is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams in Manchester. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove impediments to enable high performance in delivering security-critical software solutions for UK national security.

The role requires UK citizenship, the highest level of UK Government security clearance, and offers flexible/hybrid working options with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience applying servant-leadership within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant-leader to Agile teams and support Lean-Agile practices.
• Facilitate Program Increment Planning and aid roadmap development.
• Identify and surface impediments to team progress and delivery.
