Job summary

You will work in a cross‑functional team spanning science and engineering, designing experiments, transferring technology, and applying data‑driven insights to reduce risk and accelerate timelines.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemical Engineering or MSc with significant industrial experience in pharmaceutical process development.
• Hands‑on laboratory experience including experimental design and data interpretation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical process development and CMC for oral solid dosage and parenteral products.
• Strong understanding of CMC regulatory requirements and documentation.
• Experience applying modelling, simulation and digital tools to support decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving, data interpretation and technical decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process Design and Optimization: Lead design, development and optimisation of robust manufacturing processes.
• Experimental Process Understanding: Design, execute and interpret lab studies to build process understanding.
• Scale-Up and Technology Transfer: Contribute to scale and transfer of processes for oral solid dosage forms and parenteral products.
• Modelling and Simulation: Apply modelling and digital tools to guide strategy and accelerate timelines.
• Digital Enablement: Champion digital approaches to strengthen data integrity and reuse.
• Data‑Driven Collaboration: Partner with formulation scientists, engineers and manufacturing experts to solve challenges.
• Technical Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver activities to timelines and quality standards.
• Scientific Networking and Foresight: Engage with networks to stay updated on emerging methods.
