We are seeking an expert in Immunocytochemistry with a proven track record of delivering projects with impressive results, along with the ability to teach, mentor, and line manage others. You will collaborate with other labs worldwide on new product development and method standardization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring high-quality validation of new antibodies in imaging applications.

  3. Streamlining current processes with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive adoption of new methods and technologies.

  5. Maintaining high standards within the lab, ensuring compliance with all external and internal quality standards, including ISO9001.
  6. Line managing and mentoring junior colleagues, fostering an engaging and developmental environment.

Qualifications

You hold a PhD or can demonstrate equivalent expertise with experience in industry or academia. You have a strong scientific background and experience in antibody validation. You possess extensive experience using confocal microscopy or High Content Analyzers.

Ideally, you have experience in automated image analysis and quantification (ICC/IHC) using AI tools, and experience in culturing primary mammalian cells (human/mouse).

If this describes you and you wish to be part of a fast-paced, growing business aiming to be the most influential company and best-loved brand in life sciences, please apply now!
