Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Research Scientist to join the Bioperformance group (within Bioscience) in Crop protection, to specialise in herbicide ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion) in plants. The group conducts research on the ADME behaviour of active ingredients (AI) within target and non-target species, enabling understanding of critical performance characteristics such as selectivity, resistance and translation to the field. Within the role, as part of the Herbicide Biokinetics team, you would work on the optimisation and deployment of quantitative assays involving LCMS analysis. You would be expected to integrate scientific insights and results into cross disciplinary projects and develop a holistic understanding of the requirements for new herbicides across a range of modes of action.
