The role offers a broad blend of data generation, project leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, with occasional travel to the Chapel-en-le-Frith site and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in biophysics, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Biophysical techniques and Protein Production.
• Experience leading scientific projects and advising capability development.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentoring or training junior scientists is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Biophysics and Protein Science projects generating high-quality data and insights.
• Lead small-to-medium client projects delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Travel occasionally, including visits to the Chapel-en-le-Frith site.
