Job summary

Whetley Academy is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in September 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis (37 hours per week, all year round). You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff and may manage other site staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

As part of Delta Academies Trust, you will oversee Health & Safety protocols, conduct required tests and maintenance, and safeguard the academy’s premises and property as a key

Qualifications

• Experience in site management and facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage site staff and coordinate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, warm, clean and welcoming environment for all who work, learn at and visit the academy.
• Manage other site staff to ensure service delivery is achieved.
• Oversee the Health & Safety system for the academy, carrying out and recording tests and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure the security and safekeeping of the academy premises, facilities and property, including key holder responsibilities.
