Job summary

Lauriston Girls’ School seeks an outstanding educational leader to join as Deputy Head of Senior School – Academic Excellence and Growth. You will lead teaching and learning across Years 7–12 and work with staff to foster academic excellence, growth and aspiration within the Senior School.

Reporting to the Head of Senior School, you will oversee curriculum development, assessment and reporting, and contribute to strategic initiatives that elevate student achievement and leadership.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Lauriston’s values and culture.
• Demonstrated experience in educational leadership across curriculum, pedagogy and assessment.
• Significant experience with the VCE and/or IBDP and understanding of contemporary assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting and academic achievement for Years 7–12.
• Oversee delivery of VCE/IBDP programmes and ensure high standards of learning and progress.
• Strengthen academic programmes, build leadership capability and drive senior school priorities.
