Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in Doncaster. You’ll support students with SEND in school settings, balancing direct therapy with consultation and assessment.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week with flexible contracts, protected development time, supervision, and wellbeing supports. HCPC registered clinicians with paediatric experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings.
• Confidence supporting students with complex communication, SEMH or behavioural needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess students with SEND, autism, developmental language needs, social communication differences, SEMH needs and more complex profiles.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions, including direct therapy, advice and consultation.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, carers, SENCOs and multidisciplinary colleagues to embed communication support throughout the school day.
• Review progress, adapt intervention plans and contribute to joined-up support for students with more complex needs.
