Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in South West London to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on school-based and occasional clinic/remote work, delivering targeted OT interventions and working with Education, Health and Care Plans.

You’ll be supported with development opportunities, protected admin time, and wellbeing resources, with a 37.5-hour week and a salary up to £53,200 per year plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• HCPC and RCOT registration required.
• Undergraduate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Paediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally in school-based or specialist settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ developmental and learning needs related to Education, Health and Care Plans.
• Develop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans.
• Work with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life.
• Equip key adults with practical strategies, evaluate impact, maintain documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings.
