Job summary

SAP SE, a global leader in enterprise software, is seeking an experienced SAP technologist to own the technical health and governance of customer cloud landscapes under the RISE with SAP program in London. You will ensure stability, performance, and compliance across SAP HANA, Unix/Linux, databases, and networks.

You will define architecture roadmaps, manage risk, lead upgrades and migrations, and drive automation to deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Basis expertise in implementation and steady-state operations.
• Experience advising on cloud architecture and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage risk and escalate issues with stakeholders.
• Experience leading upgrades, migrations, DR testing, and S/4HANA and Clean Core programs.
• A practical approach to AI - integrate AI agents into daily workflows and evaluate results.
• SAP or hyperscaler certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical health across customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability, performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Define architecture roadmaps, governance standards, and best practices aligned to customers' long-term objectives.
• Identify and manage risks proactively, lead escalations, and coordinate timely resolution across customers and internal teams.
• Lead lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery testing, and SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core transformation.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes from customer cloud investments.
