Qualifications

• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across senior business and technical teams.
• Track record delivering complex HR and Payroll programmes.
• Strong risk, budget and resource management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical and third-party stakeholders.
• Drive governance, reporting and status updates.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors and Payroll systems.
• Manage resource allocation and project deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives and quality standards.
