Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
• Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other ATS.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center.
• Experience with provisioning activities and enterprise HR systems integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Talent Acquisition modules.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional and integration-related issues.
• Lead and prioritize backlog items with client stakeholders.
• Configure recruitment workflows, permissions, and security.
• Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external ATS platforms.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, middleware, and real-time integrations.
• Ensure data consistency across HR systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration failures.
