An excellent job opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join one of the most established organisations in South Wales on a permanent basis.

Your new role

The SAP Solution Architect will join a highly successful and growing Enterprise Applications team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet critical business needs. You will liaise closely with key senior stakeholders and product owners to implement business requirements, design high-quality solutions, support technical implementation, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

You will monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and provide architectural input into selecting relevant software products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with wider IT teams, including Infrastructure, Technical, Network, Service, SAP, and Security Architecture, to ensure all proposed Application Architectures align with overall IT strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

• A proven track record as a Solution Architect
• Strong SAP knowledge and experience
• Experience in software design, technical delivery, or solution architecture roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in designing, implementing, and governing solution architectures
• Knowledge of application/software solution architecture and design
• A dynamic, forward-thinking approach, comfortable liaising with various stakeholders

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site in Cardiff or Newport.
