POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

The NTT DATA consultant owns consulting and client activities by advising, defining solutions, and providing subject matter expertise. They focus on delivering sales revenue through personal and company utilization. Recognized as leaders in their area, they also mentor others and contribute to developing NTT DATA propositions.

They support proposition development, intellectual property creation, and bid wins.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Role: Client Consulting

• Deliver consulting solutions in Sales and Distribution (SD/LE) aligned with contractual and project requirements.
• Advise and define SD/LE solutions, addressing business and technical challenges.
• Provide specialist expertise aligned with the solutions.
• Lead projects and teams to deliver solutions and value to clients.

Utilisation and Revenue

• Achieve utilization and revenue targets.
• Follow resource plans to optimize personal and company utilization.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities.

Consulting Team Player

• Share best practices, knowledge, and skills within the consulting group.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovation to practices.

Key Performance Indicators

• Meet revenue and utilization goals.
• Maintain up-to-date PDPs with progress and achievements.
• Achieve individual objectives.
• Demonstrate NTT DATA values and behaviors.

Beneficial Skills and Experience
